Supporting women to start their own career but still be there for their family.

Hi, I’m Shereen — a mum of two beautiful children, a wife to a loving husband, and a woman who wears many hats with heart.

My passion lies in supporting families to reclaim the rest they desperately need, and mentoring students to become truly exceptional sleep consultants. I’ve spent years in this space, working intimately with families to transform their lives and guiding new consultants to step confidently into a career they love.

​

But beyond the qualifications and the client success stories, I’m a mother first. And I know what it feels like to crave more time, more flexibility, and more alignment with the things that matter most, without sacrificing income or impact.

This career changed everything for me. I no longer needed to rely on daycare, juggle time off, or miss the moments that matter. I work from home, at my own pace, and set my own hours. And now, I have the beautiful freedom to homeschool my kids; a part of my life that brings me the most joy.

Being a Sleep Consultant has allowed me to blend purpose with motherhood and I want other women to know they can have that too. You don’t have to choose between raising your babies and building a career. You can do both, with heart, confidence, and flexibility.
